Heart Wreath Description: Enjoy making this heart wreath using your favorite method of applique. In class, you may choose any method of applique or learn a new one. Alice will lead you through any applique method you want to learn. Have fun mixing and matching different methods. this block can be framed or be the center medallion for a larger quilt. the sample is made using radiance Silk but can be made using your favorite fabrics and color choices. A full size pattern and printed freezer paper templates will be provided in class.
Supply list: Black - ½ yard Bronze (or your favorite color) - fat quarter, Variety of different (4-5) shades of pink (or your color choice) - at least 8” square of each shade. Variety of different (4-5) shades of green - at least 8” square of each shade, Thread to match or blend with fabric choices, Green embroidery floss or 12 wt Sulky Blendables thread, Appliqué and embroidery needles, Roxanne’s Glue Baste It or your favorite glue, Non permanent markers that will show up on your fabric choices, All supplies for your favorite method appliqué.
